The Capital One Cup is a multi-sport prize directed at a college to recognize athletic success across all sports. Several sports programs from higher-education institutions across the usa are pitted against one another, getting things through the school 12 months predicated on how individual activities teams complete in national championships. Sports are divided in to two teams considering popularity and share of competitors, with Group B scoring 3 x the actual quantity of things of Group A. There are individual glasses for men's and women's sports.

Group B men's sports feature Soccer, Football (FCS), Football (FBS), Basketball, Lacrosse, exterior Track & Field, and Baseball.
Group a ladies' sports include Field Hockey, Cross Country, Skiing, Rifle, Indoor Track & Field, cycling & Diving, Ice Hockey, Fencing, Bowling, Gymnastics, Water Polo, Tennis, Golf, Rowing. Group B ladies' activities include Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Lacrosse, Softball, exterior Track & Field.
