HIGH AIM, N.C. - Keegan Meyer has-been playing competitive football since he had been 6 yrs old.
"once I'm regarding the field, it's like an escape for me personally, ” Meyer stated. “we zone out anything else."
Today at age 18, he is a goalkeeper on High Point University's team. An activity he states that may get quite dangerous.

A critical injury Meyer came near getting this past year while playing high-school soccer.

It is the kind of injury Kevin Ford, Ph.D. is attempting to assist Meyer as well as other pupil athletes avoid and cure.
Ford is director of HPU’s biomechanics lab in which, the previous 12 months, student-athletes purchased the Dynavision D2 device which measures an athlete's chance of concussion.
The device tests professional athletes on speed, memory and reaction time.
